Based in New York City, The Wellness Office was founded by Zoë Louise Wilson, a Registered Dietitian and Certified Health Coach. It was created in response to a simple but persistent reality that people are often told what to do for their health, but not supported in understanding why they struggle to follow through. This led to the eat well | think well approach, designed to bridge the gap between intention and consistent, sustainable action. When it comes to health, the challenge is rarely information; it is applying those choices in a way that aligns with your mindset, habits, and daily life. Our work focuses on meaningful behavior change by addressing how nutrition, mindset, and daily habits interact and shape overall health.
